I had zero time to make almond buttercrunch today, but after doing a minimal amount of research, it sounds delicious.
It’s basically like toffee. I’ve made that before.

Okay, even I’ll admit that I did exceptionally poorly on this one. The closer we get to the end of this project, the less invested I get in it. I’ll try to do better. But those cashews are delicious, and you should totally eat them while you are waiting for your almond buttercrunch to cook.
