National Spaghetti Day

I eat a lot of spaghetti. Generally, I keep it simple and just throw some sauce on top. I wanted to do something a little more special for today, so I examined the food in my kitchen and came up with something quite delicious.

I give you, spaghetti with chicken, broccoli, and pesto:

Yes, I used breaded chicken tenders. It was all I had. Which probably made the meal more delicious, if not necessarily healthier. But “healthier” is not what we’re here for.

My verdict? I’m not sure why I’ve never made this particular combination before. As I already said, it was delicious. I highly recommend that everyone eats this right now.
