Hi there. Diana and Alex at it again bringing you Cranberry Relish Day.
Apparently there are two ways to make cranberry relish — cooked and uncooked. We decided to go the uncooked route which was super easy.
The recipe calls for only cranberries, an orange and sugar. We decided to add a little lemon juice too. All you need to do is throw the cranberries in a food processor, cut up the oranges (smaller than pictured below), throw in the sugar, add lemon juice if you want, mix it all together and let it sit over night.
I think it looks good but unfortunately, we don’t know how it tastes yet. We were unaware that we’d need to let it sit over night ahead of time…. soooo we’ll find out tomorrow.
If it tastes weird alone, we’re gonna make sangria.
Seems pretty perfect for Thanksgiving.
